CWA Local 1080 covers more than 350 public employees in Union County, New Jersey. Our members work for the Division of Social Services and include social workers, child support workers, investigators, clericals, both support staff and supervisory levels, and case workers. We are part of the Communications Workers of America (CWA), one of the strongest and most respected labor unions in the AFL-CIO. We take pride in representing our members in the workplace, at the bargaining table, and in the community.
